Autonomy Therapy

Autonomy Therapy is an inclusive group therapy practice located in Austin, TX. We specialize in providing mental health counseling and education for clients struggling with eating disorders, body image issues, trauma and compulsive exercise. We work with individuals, families, and couples, and are able to see children, teens, and adults. We support clients in managing a wide range of additional presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, addition, grief, and difficulties related to neurodiversity, body image issues, cultural identity, and life transitions. We offer free 15-minute phone consultations prior to booking to ensure our clients receive the best therapeutic fit, and provide both in-person as well as virtual sessions.
