This would include but not limited to tools & equipment for diagnosis and repair, Technical publications (on how to repair, how to diagnose, what are the spare parts, training various stakeholders on vehicle service), workshop service operations management, OEM field service management etc. Other components such as the In car Infotainment system, Gateways etc also are a part of this domain as they generate data that are used in the after sales service solutions including predictive maintenance, Remote diagnosis etc. We take pride in our solutions which is currently being used by several OEM workshops (approved by the OEM) and Independent aftermarket workshops.
