Our company began in 1934 by trading imported products. In 1965, after several years and always believing in this country, we incorporated the KOH-I-NOOR spin dryer which promptly acquired a place in every home of Argentina and introduced a new concept for clothes drying.
In the middle of 1986 we opened an industrial plant in Villa Mercedes, Province of San Luis. Two years later, we started the manufacturing of KOH-I-NOOR refrigerators and freezers licensed by LIEBHERR-HAUSGERTE GMBH, Germany, licensed by Liebherr Hausgeräte GMBH, Germany, we manufactured our products until we achieve to develop our owns designs with features aimed to meet the local climate characteristics, saving energy and the Argentinean user customs.
In 1997, we moved our administration and sales offices to the new KOH-I-NOOR Building, strategically placed on Ruta Panamericana, Florida, Province of Buenos Aires
At the beginning of this Century, we incorporated the Argentine traditional trademark COLUMBIA to manufacture and trade a new line of electrical appliances.
Today, it is a significant leader within the market of electrical appliances in Argentina, not only due to its traditional trademarks but also due to its corporate performance and honesty.
