We are a biotechnology company focused on development and production of biological implants. Founded by scientists of the Charité in Berlin, autotissue has earned a high reputation on the field of tissue engineering. All our implants are produced with our proprietary decellularization technique. Implants treated this way can grow naturally and become part of the patients body. These implants furthermore minimize the use of longterm medication, with their negative side-effects, and growth related re-operations. Our equine Matrix Patch has been implanted in more than 4500 patients, mainly in patients with congenital heart diseases.
