Autumn Construction Services, Inc. was established by Susan Nelson in 1995 to provide project management and mechanical systems expertise to Chicago area owners and contractors. Initially, Autumn’s MEP systems expertise helped clients develop and manage new construction projects and/or building systems renovation programs.
In 2005, Autumn expanded its construction project management capabilities with the addition of staff professionals with backgrounds in architectural, civil, and structural disciplines. Autumn professional staff manages programs and projects at both Chicago's international airports, as well as for the Illinois Tollway transportation systems.
In 2009, the firm expanded its services to include mechanical contracting and systems commissioning, and sustainability services.
In 2013, mechanical HVAC/R service was added to provide maintenance and repair to the systems we installed to obtain maximum efficiency.
