Auxsys GmbH was founded in 2022 in Aachen. However, the development of the exoskeleton technology already started in 2016 in a small team and has been intensified with a larger development team since 2020. Currently, 16 people are involved in the development. Auxsys GmbH was founded as a spin-off of FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences and maintains close relationships in all areas, especially in research and development.
