Owned by Adam Chapman and his family, AVG will continue to invest as the parent company into Allvalves, AVA and the newly formed AV Smart Tech. AVG will be used to make acquisitions in the future and add additional services and expertise to the group.
Allvalves Online Ltd is our manual valve, actuator and actuated valve specialist. Formed in 2012, employing 13 staff, large stock holding across 3 industrial units in Pershore, Worcestershire. Exporting 40% of its multi million pound revenue each year.
AV Actuators (AVA) is ou in house electric actautor company. Formed in 2015, AVA has gone on to establish distributors around the world and work with some of the leading names in the valve industry. Electric actuators from 10nm to 400nm.
AV Smart Tech s the latest company to be formed. AV Smart Tech is to be the R&D division of the group, developing PCB design for electric actuators to offer advanced features usinig the latest technology. AV Smart Tech aims to be part of the future of valve automaton.
