Who are we? We started as a small family business over 20 years ago providing our friendly, honest audio visual services to residential and commercial clients throughout the Bay of Plenty. We enjoy nothing more than helping local homeowners and businesses get the absolute best out of their technology. Our team has grown but out core values haven’t changed. We will always focus on our clients, finding the right solution and ensuring their experience with AV Logic is exceptional. We are privileged to be in your home and we treat it with respect, always removing shoes and cleaning up after ourselves. This is why we have a large number of repeat clients that use our services regularly. Communication is key. If our clients want to make contact with us – no problem. We have our amazing our team available to schedule jobs, take phone, email or text queries and answer any questions you may have. Nothing moves faster than the world of tech. This is why we invest and empower our staff, constantly providing training and opportunities to learn and upskill. With this knowledge we can ensure we are advising you on the latest solutions. We take the Health and Safety of our staff and our clients extremely seriously. All our staff are Health and Safety certified and aware of our company policies and procedures. AV Logic has supplier agreements with a number of top New Zealand suppliers of audio visual, wifi and internet equipment. We also have access to exclusive models that only custom installers have access too. We can pass on the savings to our clients through these agreements.
