Avalanche! Capital is an investment and operating platform which was originally launched to capture emerging market and distressed opportunities in media and technology created by both the cloud and the recession of the late 2000's. In its 30+ primarily venture-stage deals covering three key verticals, Avalanche! has invested across the capital stack in both proprietary and passive investments. It usually co-invests alongside major venture and private equity funds, and is often also a limited partner in those funds.
After a successful exit to TelevisaUnivision of its ViX Spanish-language media rollup, in which it acted as both a financier and an operator, the Avalanche! Capital platform was reconstituted in late 2022 to again acquire, invest in, and operate emerging, growth, and distressed companies.

DataBank* (partial exit to Swiss Life AG and EDF Invest); GD Towers (Deutsche Telekom); Complyify; EverySet (fomerly Castifi); Neospire* (acquired by Ntirety). Fund investments: Digital Bridge (multiple funds).
DISRUPTIVE FUTURE TECH (AI, Robotics, Space, DeFi):
SpaceX; Axiom Space; Miso Robotics; Graze; Serve (spun out of Uber; exit to public markets; NASDAQ: SERV); Wheels* (acquired by MicroMobility); Yardsworth; Umbra; Articul8. Fund investments: Vebu (Wavemaker) Labs (multiple funds); Pantera (multiple funds); Starbridge Space.
Special projects advisory have included the $660 million sale of Miramax by the Walt Disney Company, Blk-Ops (Microsoft), Telfaz 11 (Netflix) and others.
