I offer services to job seekers and employers. Credentials: I have ten years of corporate recruiting experience, for companies ranging in 150 to 100,000 employees. In addition, I am a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW). I have been writing resumes professionally for three years for one of the top resume writing organizations in the country. I specialize in business and IT, but have also done resumes in fields such as executive, legal, medical and construction. In addition, I have 10 years experience as a Corporate Recruiter. As far as formal credentials, I have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and former Professional in Human Resources (PHR). I have written and edited more than 500 resumes. I also taught several college classes on employment skills, with a large part of that focusing on resume writing as well as salary negotiations and interviewing. And I have a long history of very happy customers! Job Seekers: The services I offer include resume writing, editing and critiquing; interview and salary negotiation coaching; cover letter, follow up letter, and thank you letter creation; and additional employment documents upon request. Employers: I also offer HR consulting to small businesses, including employment documentation creation, job description evaluation and salary banding, LinkedIn Premium training and recruiting services.
