The Avalon Group have been supporting vulnerable adults for more than 25 years. Our goal is to provide responsive, personalised care and support to enhance and enrich the quality of people’s lives, within their local community. We offer Community Support, expert Dementia care and the pioneering Shared Lives service, which sees trained carers opening their homes to allow people wit a disability, mental health need or dementia to live with them on a short or long-term basis and shared in their family life in a safe environment.
