From small beginnings we grew our building contractor business into a successful venture which has since been meeting the needs of the entry level to middle sized residential market. We pride ourselves on offering a building package service where you as the prospective home owner purchases a stand and Avalon Homes presents you with a choice of a few well-designed plans and a choice of quality finishes. Our experience includes developing full-title residential complexes along the same basis in the mid 90’s and at the turn of the century we broke ground as one of the first builders and developers in the now, well known, safe and sought-after Midstream Estates.
