We serve adults who have been diagnosed with an intellectual and developmental disability, who require 24 hour supervision and/or nursing care. Avancer Homes LLC was established in August 2001, with four homes in the DeKalb and Sycamore area. Avancer Homes LLC currently runs 18 homes in the following areas: Genoa, DeKalb, Sycamore, Cortland, and Davis Junction, Illinois.
Our Mission is to be good neighbors, while providing well maintained functional homes in the community that supports Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities through opportunities for choice, growth, independence and personal fulfillment.
Our Program strives to develop Social and Communication Skills, basic Daily Living Skills and Community Living Skills.
Our Personnel includes: Administrative Staff, Registered Nurse/Trainer, Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional, Direct Support Professional, Residential Managers, Medical Needs Coordinator and 24 hour staff.
