Avand Plastic manufacturing complex has begun its activities in the field of production of different types of packaging containers since 2000. Due to the increasing requirements of the industry for the new state-of-the-art packaging, it has always tried to make new products, in accordance with the market requirements. As the first manufacturer of plastic buckets in the country equipped with 4-color offset printing and IML technology, this plant has been able to take effective steps to enhance this part of the country’s industry using the technology and application of engineering knowledge. The large number of injection machines and robots in a space over 4000 square meters places this complex among the largest paint bucket mills. As an entrepreneur, this complex has created job opportunities for more than 50 people. Among them, seven bachelors and three masters redouble the efforts to work in managerial positions commensurate with their qualifications. With an unflinching determination and commendable will, all the managers and personnel in Avand Plastic have made hard efforts in order to improve product quality regarding "customer satisfaction," which is the main purpose of the company.
