AVATEC Co., Ltd. (listed on KOSDAQ) has been steadily growing since its establishment in September 2000.
In 2018, the company ventured into the production of MLCC, and in 2019, it successfully produced prototypes.
By 2021, mass production for IT applications began, and in 2022, the company expanded its services to industrial and automotive applications, catering to a diverse range of domestic and international customers.
We are currently supplying MLCC in mass production to global solar converter and inverter manufacturers, as well as automotive companies.
Our current production capacity is 3 billion units per month based on the 1005 size, and we plan to further expand our production capacity through a new factory expansion in the second half of 2025.
2. Product
AVATEC Co., Ltd. manufactures MLCC, which are essential components of electronic devices. MLCC are structured by stacking multiple ceramic layers and electrodes, providing high capacitance in a compact size. Due to these characteristics, MLCC have become indispensable parts in various fields, including smartphones, computers, and automotive electronics.
One of the key features of MLCC is their high capacitance. Typically, MLCC offer a range of capacitance from several picofarads (pF) to several microfarads (μF), which are utilized in electronic circuits for voltage stabilization, filtering, and signal coupling, among other applications. Additionally, MLCC possess high frequency response characteristics, making them suitable for high-speed signal processing.
AVATEC particularly provides high-quality MLCC for the automotive, industrial, medical, and IT sectors, characterized by DC-BIAS properties and excellent reliability. Our products comply with major standards such as AEC-Q200, ISO 9001/14001, IATF16949, RoHS, and REACH.
