Voxaura Technologies Inc.

Founded in South Korea in February 1999 as a Research and Development (R&D) services company, Electronic Engineering Information & Services Inc. (“EEI&S”), the original company in the Voxaura Group became quickly recognized for its R&D talent and ability to produce superior wireless components, sub-systems, and systems. By its second year of operations, EEI&S complemented its R&D services by expanding into manufacturing on a cost-effective basis. Initially lacking a marketing and sales force, EEI&S developed a modest sales volume strictly by word-of-mouth, becoming profitable by its 3rd year. In August 2001, EEI&S expanded to North America to take advantage of its field-tested and proven technologies that were superior to what North America had at that time. This resulted in the establishment of Voxaura Technologies Inc. in the State of Delaware as the parent company of the Voxaura group and its subsequent acquisition of EEI&S as a wholly owned subsidiary. The name of EEI&S was changed to Voxaura Technologies (Korea) Inc. and another subsidiary was incorporated in Canada under the name of Voxaura Technologies (Canada) Inc. At its peak, Voxaura had 50 employees, of which 25 spearheaded its R&D efforts.
