Mission
TO HELP PEOPLE LIVING WITH HEART FAILURE IMPROVE THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE CONDITION, ENCOURAGE THEM TO BECOME ACTIVELY INVOLVED IN THEIR OWN HEALTH-CARE SO AS TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY LIFE, REDUCE RE-ADMISSIONS AND INCREASE THEIR CHANCES OF SURVIVAL.
