Aventum was founded in 2003 by professionals with a strong track-record from more than 200 M&A and capital market transactions executed in Finland since the early 1990s. The vision of our founding partners was to establish the first "Corporate finance boutique" in Helsinki that would measure up to the highest international standards and be completely independent from banks and other institutions.
More than a decade later, we have executed over 180 M&A and capital market transactions with a total value of more than EUR 20 billion and our team has grown to include some 20 dedicated professionals.
