Avenue Projects is a specialised real estate partnership of the Buxton and Scalzo Groups. Primarily focusing on boutique residential and mixed use projects in prime inner areas of Melbourne, Avenue is also involved in master planning projects across Melbourne's growth areas. Avenue undertakes projects funded by both its own capital base, as well as through ventures with equity partners and third party capital managers. Both groups have a strong established track record in Melbourne real estate across a diverse range of asset classes from small scale residential and industrial projects to major urban renewal projects and master planned communities.
