Avesoro Resources Inc, formerly Aureus Mining Inc., is a Canada-based company, which through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the exploration and development of gold deposits in Liberia and Cameroon. The Company's activities are concentrated on the development of the New Liberty Gold Project, which is located within the Southern Block of the Bea Mountain mining license in Liberia and covers an area of 478 square kilometers. It also owns rights to the Weaju, Gondoja, Ndablama and Leopard Rock projects in Liberia, and to the Batouri gold project in Cameroon. The Weaju project is situated over 30 kilometers east-north-east of the New Liberty Gold Mine. Its Gondoja gold project is located over 45 kilometers east-northeast of the New Liberty Gold Mine. Its Ndablama project is located in the Northern block of Bea Mountain Mining License area. Its Leopard Rock gold project is located to south of the Bea Mining License area. Its Batouri gold project includes an area of 296.4 square kilometers.
