Vegetable tanning is a traditional and labour-intensive method of leather manufacturing making it soft, breathable, durable and giving it a luxurious gloss. Our products carefully keep their history and tell your personal story. The AVGUSTOVA master is one of the last keepers of this ancient craft in Germany. His incredible skills used in creation of leather goods based on centuries-old traditions of European manufacturing is our main value. We use only premium quality leather, our master can work with rare and exotic materials. Chains for our clutches are produced by a small German factory that has been making them for more than a century. Some parts of AVGUSTOVA bags are hand-minted in pure sterling silver, some are plated in gold. It is of great importance for us to preserve the exclusive and man-made quality of even the most inconspicuous parts. AVGUSTOVA leather goods are simple form sculptures, beauty and style, over which the time has no power. We work only if we are inspired and are not confined by seasons or collections.
