Acquired by the Aeroexo group in 1995 and incorporated B727's.
Aviacsa was a leader in the charter market between the US and Mexican resorts when in inherited Aeroexo's charter contracts.
It's fleet transitioned to the DC-9 and then to the Boeing 737.
Aviacsa suspended operations in 2009 due to financial problems and was acquired by the Madero Group in 2010 with the purpose of restarting operations in 2011.
