G&S Transport Corporation (“G&STC”) started its operation in April 1972 with only 6 cars and one service station. Today it has a fleet of more than 600 vehicles and nearing 25 stations throughout the country. With over 40 years of operations, Avis Philippines has continuously maintained the “Number One” position in the car rental industry with more vehicles and rental stations than any competitor.
Over the past 47 years of operations, Avis Philippines has operated in several segments of the car rental industry, including the airport transfer service, the car transfer segment (i.e., point-to-point pick-up and drop-off), the car-hire service (minimum of two (2) hours), the chauffeur-driven rental, and the self-driven car rental segment. Avis Philippines is recognized internationally for its consistent quality service and is the first from the Asia Pacific Region to receive the “Licensee of the Year” Award on 2014.
