Avishkar Consulting Services with the support from prominent industry experts conducted a survey recently to find out the employability status of engineering graduates, Of the six hundred thousand engineers that graduate annually, only 18.34 % of them are employable, there is a vast gap between what the academics teach and what really the industry expects. Looking at the gravity of this Employability gap and with an aim to bridge this gap we at Avishkar Consulting Services (ACS) have designed a career oriented training program “CESD” (Careers & Employability Skills Development)
