The consortium behind this project consists of GMV, EY, Germany’s Federal Waterways and Shipping Administration (WSV), the Hungarian National Association of Radio Distress-Signalling and Infocommunications (RSOE), HA Consulting Ltd. (HAC), Tresco, Bergmann Marine (BM), and GMV’s subsidiary in Romania.
