The Rome section was founded in 1937 and today is a private body with public purpose and contributes to the National Health Service in favor of the community. AVIS founded his institutional and associative activity on the constitutional principles of democracy and social participation and on voluntary work as a central element and irreplaceable tool of human solidarity.
