The construction Journey began in 1994 by the visionary entrepreneur D.siva shanmugam starting from road works in film city (tharamani, chennai) and enormous number of railway works an astonishing number of 150 + project mark was made in southern railways and the journey of bridge, roads, track, water tank, buildings, PSC Slabs and all kind of works came to an end by 2012 an astonishing trade mark bridge which is located in vandaloor road - over bridge (railway portion)after 20 years of experience in QUALITY construction a new chapter began in 2014 (AVITTAM HOMES ) Based on strong group values of Trust, Care & Nurture, we are developing housing solutions that are elegant and modern, yet sustainable, aiming to build a vibrant social community.
