AVK Advanced Castings AVK Advanced Castings manufactures high quality castings using the Lost Foam process and is a world leader in this area. The foundry produces ductile iron casting for valves, hydrants and accessories. The foundry started in 2014 and production is highly automated with casting line, transport systems and robot solutions enabling a clean production environment. Machining is done by neighbouring AVK Valves. Currently our customers are mainly in China, Europe, USA and Australia. Quality, safety and environment are our highest priorities and we are certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Quality control includes 100% control of each melt for mechanical and metallurgical properties. We work with lean production and lean management to continuously improve.
