Avoca Resources Limited is an ASX200 Australian mid-tier gold mining company. Its wholly-owned Higginsville Gold Project is operating at full production and is forecasting +190,000 ounces at A$452/oz cash operating costs (net of royalties) in FY2010. Following the successful takeover of Dioro Exploration NL, the combined production profile will increase to +270,000 ounces. The combined tenement holding of both Avoca and Dioro will give the new Avoca both the largest exploration tenement holding, as well as complete ore treatment coverage over Australia's richest gold belt - the Kalgoorlie to Norseman gold belt.
