A bit about us!
Based in the South East of England, AVS Engineering & Maintenance Limited have great links to London and the M25 to cover the whole area with ease. We also have no problems with travelling the country and even up to Scotland, also as a multi-lingual company we've even had projects taking us to Europe.
We have for many years now, maintained a factory based metal fabrication workshop with 5 employees, all with various skills within the metal fabrication trade. We can undertake precision work as well as light steel work and all genres in between.
At our factory we have the ability to work a contract from concept stages to installation, with full CAD facilities our draughtsmen can take a concept and develop it to your requirements with the help of structural engineers if necessary, or we can work to supplied design drawings and convert these to workshop drawings. Fabrication will be overseen by our experienced production management and inspected before the job is sent for finishing.
We work alongside a number of metal finishing companies that include powder coating, anodising, chrome plating, shot /bead blasting. We also undertake antiquing processes to a various number of materials such as Brass, Bronze and Galvanized sheet.
As part of our services, we can provide, if required, a site installation service. Our site crews are again an experienced team of men who have a metal work background, thus can overcome any obstacle on site to ensure the job gets installed to a high quality standard. Our vehicles are kitted out with a host of tools and access equipment.
Our Clients include; TfL, London Underground, LOROL, London Buses, Vinci, Morgan Sindall just to name a few.
Our environments for working include but are not limited to; Underground stations, Shopping Malls, Roof Top Cinemas, Industrial Units, reactive maintenance and general building sites.
