We in AWAB-GC work in a way that saves you a large portion of the cost because the profit margin of contractors in the market is not less than 35%. We offer a cost-plus construction contract of 5-10% (depending on the project size) of the expenses and costs of Design, workforce, procurement, transportation, and the purchase or rental of equipment. The project manager and procurement team PROPOSE the source of procurement according to their experience in the market and the customers have the right to adopt an alternative source to reduce the costs or increase the quality. Our Clients get a warranty certificate for 30 years on the structure and 10 years on MEP works (if the building materials meet code specifications). NOTE* The percentage DOES NOT include the cost of government service providers fees such as the Saudi Electricity Company, National Water Company, municipalities, etc. NOTE** The customer has the right to search for other suppliers/contractors than those recommended by AWAB-GC, but this right should not cause a delay in the workflow. Accordingly, the Clients must provide an alternative within a maximum period of 7 working days, starting from the date they received the cost or price quote.
