Established in 1999, Awareness Software Limited was founded on the principles of delivering a no stone unturned, professional IT service - at a fair and agreed price. Over the course of fifteen years, Awareness has grown from two staff to over twenty, making strategic acquisitions to strengthen and expand our market share and core competencies. Why choose us today? We have a core belief in "doing it ourselves", and not simply reselling another companies services. This gives us a level of control over the technical environment which would be otherwise impossible, allowing us to offer solutions which are not only great value, but well-engineered and that we have confidence in and can be remediated quickly if problems arise. It also allows us to train, attract and retain the best and brightest engineers to implement and deliver our technical goals. We value our independence, choosing the best solutions for the intended purpose. Whilst we have partner status with a number of blue-chip suppliers, we feel and accept no pressure or obligation to favour those suppliers if we feel a solution is inappropriate. We are always flexible in approach, and evaluate each customer requirement individually. One size does not fit all. However, our core belief remains offering personal, friendly but always professional customer service, going that extra mile and ensuring that customer expectations are delivered.
