Meditating in virtual reality is akin to reading about space while flying in orbit, or feeling the rain while swimming in the ocean; it infuses meditation with the sense that our reality exists along a continuum. Awareness VR guides you in expanding your sense of who you are, alongside well-known meditation teachers, within a virtual community.
