Awilco Technical Services AS (ATS) was established in 1975 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Awilco AS. ATS is responsible for the technical management and crewing of the group's vessels as well as newbuilding and conversion projects. ATS track record of successful projects and the management of these shows the competence achieved in the evaluation and management of Awilco AS’ marine and offshore investments. ATS takes an active part in all stages of marine and offshore projects, from the early evaluation stages of a possible investment case through the completion and delivery of the project. In many cases ATS is also taking responsibility of the day-to-day operation of the project after completion. Through the years ATS has managed a number of different types of vessels, including crude oil tankers, product tankers, shuttle tankers, heavy-transport vessels, dry bulk vessels, diving and offshore service vessels.
