We believe European countries are experiencing a unique shift in the usage of hospitality assets mostly driven by lasting demographic and social factors. Combined with the development of digital solutions, those structural changes offer unique opportunities for agile investors backed with strong analytical, financial and operational expertise. We are active in both the restructuring of existing underused properties (refurbishment, extension, change of use) and the development of greenfield sites (permit application, construction, marketing). In each country where we operate, we have developed long standing relationships with recognised local partners: architects, lawyers, property brokers, construction companies, property developers, hotel managers, banks, investment firms. Our decision process is highly analytical and forward looking. To mitigate the economic sensitivity of the real estate and hospitality markets, we exclusively focus on prime and rising locations based on cyclically adjusted market assumptions.
