We believe that project process can only take you so far, to achieve excellence involves a more holistic view covering the whole employee journey. For all that has been learnt over the years regarding processes and systems such as PRINCE, PMI, APM project performance hasn't significantly improved in the last decade. According to Price Waterhouse Cooper, increased investment in project controls doesn't prevent failure. 66% of the ten thousand major projects they studied were over budget and behind schedule. We believe it is time to try something different, that project process has become a hygiene factor (you have to have them). An axiom is a statement or proposition which is regarded as being established, accepted, or self-evidently true. This is how it felt when we realised that true performance and high reliability projects come from the behavior and capabilities of people. A great team will triumph whatever the process, no process no matter how great will triumph on it's own
