With numerous strategies based around trend following, momentum trading and mean reversion the system looks for patterns developing across key market metrics that determine optimal entries and exits. Each trade is taken with pre-defined risk management with the aim to maintain optimal risk reward profiles, and the products chosen, and metrics used allow the system to avoid high risk and/or low return opportunities in favour of opportunities that offer a high probability of generating alpha.
The Axus Capital team comprises years of experience in both the buy and sell side, with backgrounds covering portfolio management, proprietary trading and capital introduction. A combination of relevant roles have provided the team with an understanding of how to take a strategy from idea to inception, while networks acquired from years in the industry have led to a rapid growth of assets under management.
