Ayadco Lubricant is one of the leading lubricant oils manufacturing companies in iraq, ISO certified 9001:2015 UKAS certified. It started as a spare parts trading company in Iraq, Baghdad in 1992. Slowly started in the lubricants business in 1994 as a distributor of “Petromin”, a subsidiary company From SAUDIARAMCO, Saudi Arabia, for the Middle East and North Africa, brake pads "PolyGuard" Floyd, UK until the Iraq crisis in 2003. In 2003 we moved to the United Arab Emirates, and slowly started To manufacture branded products as a third party site. In 2009, we opened our own factory in Umm Al Quwain, this factory is a support for our brand and a great investment opportunity to create business competition with international brands.
In 2017, we started to create a new opportunity to return to our country of origin, where we started by establishing a trading company in northern Iraq - Kurdistan, Erbil. This office seeks to start and build a business relationship and create trade exchange with the government and the private sector in Iraq. We found through our economic studies that the country needs our commercial services, and indeed we started doing that directly, and we are still working to this day in Erbil. In 2021, we started a partnership with the Turkish company ROX LOJISTIK, which has an office in Mersin and a location in the Mersin Free Zone. Through this partnership, our goal is to operate a commercial line and facilitate our sales through the strength of Mersin and its ports. Indeed, we have started marketing our products outside and inside Iraq. This is Ayadco's group of companies and businesses since its foundation until today.
