The Alliance of Young Activists and Leaders (AYAL) is an international youth-led non-profit organization founded in Baku to make positive change and impact through raising and developing youth leaders and sharing experiences. AYAL's network connects youth leaders and organizations to unite great minds and efforts for global change, international development and sustainable peace. Our family members are social and business entrepreneurs, change-makers, activists, public speakers and innovators, who believe, that true peace, justice and development can be achieved by supporting each other and sharing.
