There are only 1-3 million jobs available for every 10-12 million youth that graduate annually in Africa leaving about 9 - 12 million youth every year to miss out on employment.
These then join the informal sector on the continent where it is less organized and harder to present oneself to meaningful work opportunities.
Additionally, with a mean age of just 19 years, Africa will have almost an additional 1 billion youth by 2050 with 1 in 4 people in the world at the time leaving in Africa.
The youth employment challenge is simply getting worse.
Ayambe Talent Solutions is therefore building software for the informal sector to facilitate the creation 1 billion work opportunities by 2050. This will ensure that the skilled youth can better present their skillset to those that need them as well as easily set up and scale their small businesses with our software.
