(OGL)—a wholly owned subsidiary of ONGC and NTPC Green Energy Ltd. (NGEL)—a wholly owned subsidiary of NTPC Ltd. This marks a new era for Ayana, reinforcing its role in India’s energy security and sustainability journey.
As of early 2025, Ayana manages a 4.1 GW renewable energy portfolio across multiple Indian states. Ayana has grown into a key player in India’s renewable energy landscape, delivering large-scale solar, wind, hybrid, storage and Round-the-Clock (RTC) renewable solutions.
