▶Torrent power has 49.6MW wind turbine power plant developed by Windworld India Limited. Responsible for operation and maintenance of wind power plant.▶Monitoring machine availability, grid availability, breakdowns, grid tripping on day to day basis.▶Insuring machine availability and grid availability more than 97 %.▶Insuring minimum breakdowns, errors, and tripping.▶Preparing generation report, breakdown report, error analysis, root cause analysis, safety report, breakdown and preventive maintenance records etc.▶Insuring timely compilation of PM of WTG, 33 KV grid, VCBs and substation.▶Insuring smooth operation of site.

1)Inspection of work completion of turbine for the commissioning.2)Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of different types wind turbine generator, like 600KW,1250KW,1500KW,2100KW.3)Doing generator alignment, calibration, checking and commissioning of hydrolic system, hub lock system,breaking system,automatic lubrication system.4)After sucessfully commissionig of wind turbine, operation & maintenane activity till 15 day.5)In this 15 days, doing breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, & smoothly operation of wind turbine.6)After sucessfully completion of 15 days smooth running, the turbine handed over to O&M department.
