Our value proposal: analytics to compare Customer eXperience (CX) provided by e-commerce websites worldwide. Our commercial website, e-commerce.cx (soon live!), is a web application for e-commerce Customer eXperience (CX) competitive intelligence and surveys. Our typical clients are major corporations with multi-channel activities in various countries. We provide benchmarks between B2C e-commerce websites for features such as the portfolio of delivery services available to end-customers, shipping fees, free shipping thresholds, order cut-off per delivery service, conditions for customer returns. Firstly, we capture public information on the websites that we survey, based upon the requests of our clients. Secondly, we normalize this information displayed on e-commerce websites in all kinds of formats, languages and ways. Finally, we make this information available to our clients through user-friendly and web-based tables, graphs and time series. Our clients use our interactive, user-friendly tool to either compare the online CX that their own brand provides across countries, or compare their offering vs. local competition across a number of countries.
