aYOfa has been founded by Yonathan Bosman. Yonathan has almost 15 years’ experience in the Capital Markets industry. He started his career in Belgium as a consultant at BTR Services in 2006. In this role, he contributed to the realization of multiple projects at a major Belgian bank with a clear focus on post-trade processes (Clearing, settlement and custody) and securities financing. In 2012, Yonathan joined Clearstream Banking Luxembourg as a product manager for the Global Securities Financing department, where he took a leading role in the development of Clearstream’s triparty collateral management services, primarily focusing on the development of partnerships for collateral mobilization and optimization. In this role he was also contributing to the connection with Target2-Securities (T2S), the harmonized securities settlement platform of the European Central Bank, and the extension of Clearstream’s securities financing services to this platform.
In 2019, Yonathan returned to Belgium to set up aYOfa. With aYOfa he now provides business process- and change management services within post-trade and securities financing.
