We at AYUDA, intend to educate people about the self care in mental well-being which included understanding and determining how our mindset influences our health, how we handle stress, relate to others, and make lifestyle choices which can enhance or hinder our well-being. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence throughout life span. And we strive to offer the preventing and curative measured to enhance the mental well-being of every individual at all stages of life. Because mental health care is now a survival skill. AYUDA is a Spanish word for "help". We believe in helping every individual help himself.
