Within first year of release, the new label was nominated for Fashion Group International’s “Rising Star Award.” The following year, Vogue India recognized Khan as a “Rising Star Designer.” Azeeza has continued to see organic coverage from the likes of ELLE, Marie Claire, Glamour and more. The following year the collection evolved to include a full line of ready-to-wear and accessories and was shown for the first time on the runway during New York Fashion Week. Vogue India went on to recognize Azeeza as a “Rising Star Designer". Khan also opened her first retail concept on Chicago's Magnificent Mile making her the only local designer presence in the luxury retail district. The retail post was nominated by TimeOut and Racked as "Best New Store" of 2013 and hailed as a "top Chicago destination" by Forbes Travel.
