Az-Granata is one of the largest beverage producers in the South Caucasus region. Our Juice and Wine making facility was founded in 2011. It produces fruit juices, concentrates, compotes, wines and vodka. Main focus of exports: pomegranate juice and concentrate. Plant area is 2.5 ha.
The factory consists of fruit receiving, fruit processing, concentrate preparation, aseptic storage, glass filling and packaging, tetrapack filling and packaging divisions. The factory is able to produce 12 tons fruit juice per hour. Fruit receiving facility is suitable for grape, pomegranate, apple, pear, and quince. The following stages such as fruit receiving, purification, sorting, high temperature sterilization, aseptic storage tanks (40 each with 50 ton capacity) are implemented at the plant. The annual production capacity of factory is 100 million of conditional packaging.
The factory is supplied with modern equipments from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Bulgaria and France. Az-Granata owns 450ha of grape gardens and 400 ha of pomegranate gardens. Pomegranate gardens are Organic and certified by German Institute Lacon GmbH. Fruit gardens, processing and farming methods are frequently analyzed by international and local inspectors. Drip-irrigation water system is applied in our gardens.
