School Tuition Association of Yuma (STAY) provides the opportunity for Arizona children to attend a private school by successfully implementing the provisions of the Arizona Private School Tuition Tax Credit. STAY is about School Choice. We use donations and tax credit dollars to allow opportunity for children to attend private schools regardless of finances. School Tuition Association of Yuma, Inc. (STAY) is an AZDOR certified Corporate STO (School Tuition Organization) and is a tax-exempt charitable organization pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. (EIN #86-0947351).
Notice: A school tuition organization cannot award, restrict or reserve scholarships solely on the basis of a donor’s recommendation. A taxpayer may not claim a tax credit if the taxpayer agrees to swap donations with another taxpayer to benefit either taxpayer’s own dependent.
