B.A.D.A.S.S. is a platform to support the empowerment of women in the Caribbean and beyond. Bonding And Development A Support Sisterhood is the brainchild of three Saint Lucian businesswomen (Cybelle Brown, Tracey Warner Arnold, Nerdin St. Rose) who have led successful careers as many women have, while facing the challenges of navigating corporate politics, raising children, dealing with difficult life relationships, and the expectations and barriers of societies just to name a few. The goal of this platform is to connect, support, encourage, uplift, and share insights and opportunities with other women. Through retreats, events, and inspiring social media content, we will connect like-minded women of all ages as they navigate this journey of life. The goal is to reach women at every stage of their life’s path to feel connected, have support, grow, evolve, thrive, and live their dreams. This is a platform to uplift, inspire and guide each other.
