B FIT-5 is a family owned business which is powered by The Boxing School of Great Britain. Our founder, Lewis and our CEO Simon have been friends for over 40 years and are an ideal blend of boxing and fitness experience, business management & enthusiasm. They wanted to bring to the market a world leading product that blends both boxing techniques and fitness in a perfect partnership, that is in a non-contact environment that creates and inspires a whole community. Within the organisation there is over 150 years of experience in both boxing and fitness, which has enabled our development teams to create the S.E.T Training Programme for our clients. Our goal is to ensure that as you develop your skill levels through our boxing infused programmes, you will not only feel great and be more confident, you will also have a lot of fun too. Our aim was to create and develop programmes for both children and adults that gradually enable you to develop your boxing skills and fitness levels at your own pace. For the children, we have our B FIT-5 Honours award programme and for the adults, you’ll go through our B FIT-5 Challenge. All of our tutors, instructors and personal trainers are provided with the relevant education to ensure their capability and commitment to each and every individual taking part. Through innovative training techniques coupled with the fundamentals of boxing, our extensive expertise in fitness means that we maximise the potential and productivity of individuals and businesses, as well as delivering fun, accessible and affordable training into communities.
